Leads · a people-shaped pipeline

Every exchange becomes a lead. Not a pile.

When someone taps Exchange, their name, email, phone, note and photo land in a pipeline you can actually work: drag it through stages, see when they come back to your card, reply from the inbox, export to CSV, or push it to your CRM.

Hot leads

They came back. You'd know.

Haphe remembers the visitor who exchanged with you. If they return to your card, tap links, or open it three times in a week, the lead lights up as hot.

4 return views · 6 link taps since capture

Stale reminders

Three days, no reply, a nudge.

Leads you haven't answered in three days surface at the top with a clock. Nothing gets lost under the next event's stack.

Enrichment

A company from an email.

A non-generic email domain becomes a company name and favicon on the card, so you remember which Jordan this is.

01 / Exchange

Get their details back.

Jordan chooses Exchange contact and shares their name, email, and a note. A scan alone does not give you their details.

02 / Remember

Keep the little details.

“Two mugs for the new office.” That note lands with Jordan’s lead, so the next conversation starts where you left off.

One place for what’s next.

Move Jordan from New to Contacted to Customer. See who needs a reply and keep the conversation moving.

Keep going. There’s more.

Reply from the inbox

The first reply, drafted. You send.

Open a lead, tap Draft, and Haphe writes a first reply from the lead's note, your card, and your tone. Edit it or don't. It sends from your inbox with your address as the reply-to, so the thread continues in your mail.

  • Send from the lead drawer, no copy-paste
  • Replies stamp the lead as answered
  • Drafts never go out without your tap

How does Haphe collect a lead?

A visitor chooses Exchange contact on your public page and submits their details. You receive the shared contact information in Haphe. Viewing a card or scanning its QR code does not automatically collect personal details.

Can I organize contacts after an event?

Yes. Free includes a leads inbox. Pro adds pipeline stages, tags, follow-up tools, and CSV export to help organize your next conversations.
